Mogreet Debuts AdStitch Mobile Advertising ServiceThe newly launched AdStitch mobile advertising service by Mogreet can be used to seamlessly blend advertisements with MMS video messages, which in turn can lead to easy generation of ad revenue from opt-in MMS messaging campaigns. According to Mogreet, AdStitch provides companies a one-click solution to monetize their text message marketing, including SMS and MMS, and it allows brands to add advertising and extend sponsorships within mobile messages by including a pre- or post roll clip to MMS content. AdStitch is stated to be suitable for those in the consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, media and entertainment industries. “The monetization of text messaging has been a long-standing problem for marketers, and up until this point, there have not been any viable options. AdStitch was built to solve this problem by enabling standard video ad units to be simply added to any MMS message, converting this channel into a revenue opportunity for publishers and providing a great opportunity for advertisers to extend their reach within a high-response medium”, commented James Citron, CEO and co-founder of Mogreet, in a press release. By having the capability to add brief messages into existing mobile video marketing content, advertisers and their partners can hope to reach a targeted and engaged audience, who have previously selected to receive clients’ mobile messages. Also it takes only a couple minutes to combine video advertisements with any mobile video messaging campaigns to deliver to all, or selected, targeted audiences. Some of the more notable benefits of AdStitch are: generate additional advertising revenue; add mobile messaging as another distribution channel to existing digital ad packages; create highly specific sponsorships and promotions to match your mobile audience; meet advertisers demand for mobile advertising; and more. Cox (News - Alert) Media Group, a user of the AdStitch service, acknowledged that the ability to add pre-roll and post-roll ads in MMS videos has really brought the messaging technology into the modern age of mobile.
